Alcohol-free Hedgewitch ICARIDIN Spray contains Icaridin at 20%, judged to be as effective as 50% DEET by the World Health Organisation. It is one of just three products recommended for use in malarial regions and can help protect against other nasty diseases carried by insects. Hedgewitch ICARIDIN Spray is an excellent insect repellent against a range of biting insects such as midges, horse flies, ticks, mosquitoes, sand flies, gnats and fleas. ICARIDIN is recommended by the World Health Organisation (WHO) to give topical protection from mosquitoes that carry diseases such as malaria, Zika virus, dengue fever, West Nile virus and chikungunya and lids carrying Lyme disease. Directions for Use Shake well before use. Apply as needed by spraying directly on to all areas of exposed skin, taking care to avoid the eyes and mouth. To put repellent on face and neck, dispense small amount onto your palm and rub in. Hedgewitch ICARIDIN spray usual!y provides 6-8 hours protection depending on conditions. You may need to use it more often if conditions are hot/humid or your activity increases levels of perspiration. Reapply after swimming or showering – or exposure to rain. Hedgewitch ICARIDIN spray is considered non-toxic and is normally safe to use but it may not be suitable for some individuals (see precautions). Precautions Keep out of reach of children. Do not apply near the eyes and mouth or on the hands of small children. Do not apply to sunburnt/damaged skin. Icaridin is generally non-sensitising and suitable for sensitive skin however patch testing is recommended and if irritation occurs wash off and discontinue use.
